One happy customer! Went to trx dental for teeth whitening, i opted for beyond whitening package. Dr travis was friendly and attentive to detail. He explain the procedure before treatment and provide recommendation based on my teeth condition. The process took 1 hour to complete. The worst dental clinic ever! First of all, the male dentist Dr Travis Lim was so good at explaining the treatment that I needed (filling and cleaning) that it left me speechless because it was so thoroughly explained. Dr mentioned that for cleaning he will be using a new machine called EMX (not sure if I spelled it right) that will help to remove my teeth stain cause I drink a lot of coffee. I was so angry because I thought he did whitening for me as my teeth was much whiter after the cleaning! I feel so cheated because I didn’t know there was a machine that could do this and none of my previous dentists mentioned this to me before! When he was doing my filling and cleaning, I felt so violated. There was absolutely no pain, or sensitive. How is this possible?! It was so fast that I thought he was scamming me! Luckily I asked for proof to see the filling and he showed me the filling. I could not even tell the difference. I have had fillings done before but this is so different. Totally did not feel uncomfortable at all! THE WORST OF ALL, during payment time, I was sure that the charges will be expensive or there will be some additional hidden charges, there was NO HIDDEN CHARGES. The clinic looks so atas and new I was certain it would be expensive but it was not! Will I be coming back for my future dental problems? The answer is NO! Because I worry I might fall in love with the clinic and the Dentist. Just kidding. This will be my go to dental clinic from now on. The service, price, and gentility of the Dr and staff is too good.
