I had a brilliant experience with Colin. We had an initial free consultation and established that some of the processes I had already put into place with my dog may already be working. At no point did I feel a hard sell to sign up to a home visit, more a genuine desire to help me out with my dogs issues. I couldn’t recommend Colin more.

We have an 18 month old Doberman male 46kg ( a big boy) called Oswald who was very reactive and was unwalkable on lead and had no recall whatsoever. He would bark at me constantly for attention and people as they passed the house also. We hired Colin to help us with getting it under control. Colin showed us exactly what to do and gave us the right skills and tools to manage our pup. Colin was very understanding, proffesional and reassured us every step of the way. He gave me the confidence needed to be able to deal with situations that I couldnt previously. We can now walk our pup on a lead with no pulling and no reactivity. We can let him off the lead and he comes back straight away. This was all achieved in 3 hours training which is amazing and worth every penny. I now enjoy taking Oswald out for walks whereas before I used to dread it. I would highly recommend Colin to anyone needing a trainer.

Colin is an excellent trainer and very kind and knowledgeable. Helped us with our cheeky pooch and this has changed our ability to work with our dog . I can walk her now which I haven’t been able to do . She gets better every day . Worth every minute of time spent with both Colin and his own dog . Thank you doesn’t seem enough!!

A serious expert for high drive breeds couldn’t recommend enough

I’ll be honest I was skeptical at first, I could have gone with other trainers that were cheaper. However I liked the idea of helping Fred and me deal with our walks without using treats or avoidance. Fred’s a border terrier he can be stubborn, boisterous and very reactive to other dogs, joggers, birds, bikes, etc. We had a great first session Fred responded really well and was walking on a loose lead and not reacting within an hour. The next day I took Fred to a busy market and I was over the moon at how well he coped, walking past other dogs in close proximity with no barking or pulling. As for me I feel confident I’ve lost the anxiety and feel empowered to take Fred through the next stages. Thank you Colin for helping me to better understand my dog’s behaviour and needs.

Colin’s knowledge and expertise were very apparent and the communication and help he had given us has been invaluable, would highly recommend anybody with any dog issues to contact him asap as you won’t regret it.
