Our black honed granite island had been marred by cleaning products. I called many companies and most had no idea where to even start to fix it. Jaime knew exactly what to do...buffed and resealed the stone leaving it looking brand new and cleaned up the area perfectly. I would highly recommend Granite Designer for any repair or refurbish project... he is an expert in this field!(Stools are placed upside down to remind us not to use the island for 24 hours while it was curing! 😂)

We would have gone 5-stars if the end-of-install detail-finish would have supported that. It was lacking but not damaging. One window seam was also discovered unblended. Overall, given the scope, we are mostly satisfied and the new countertops look great.

My husband and I wanted new granite countertops and backsplash for our kitchen. We live in Port Ludlow and there were very few options available here, quartz countertops were readily available, but we wanted granite. After spending several days traveling around to various companies, my husband found Granite Designer, LLC online, and we decided to venture over to their studio.Rebecca Scott was very welcoming and recommended that we visit MSI to find our granite. In the meantime, she showed us their workshop where the stone is fabricated onsite. We liked the fact that all the work would be done inhouse, and they would be responsible for all aspects of the job: designing, measuring, fabrication, and installation. Choosing their business was a no brainer.Her recommendation for MSI was spot on as we found the perfect granite slabs and beautiful glass tiles for our kitchen renovation. She took over as project manager and within the month we had a gorgeous new kitchen.Her husband, Jaime, is a master craftsman; he's meticulous and is involved in the entire process from fabrication to installation. Their crew were very respectful and considerate of our home and ensured that nothing was damaged while in their care. They laid drop cloths down to protect our tile floors and cleaned up after each day of work. We absolutely love our new quartz counters! They look even better than we anticipated. Rebecca, Jaime and the team did a terrific job communicating with us, and fabricating and installing our new counters and backsplash. (They also removed the old backsplash.) I particularly appreciated the discussion with Jaime regarding the install the new single drain undermount sink and rerouteing the sanitation pipes under the sink from 2 drains to one! We got square foot pricing for the quartz and overall, the best price for all of what we needed. It was great doing business with them.

After shopping around and saving for new countertops for 2 years, Granite Designer beat every other company in price and convenience since they are a one stop shop in terms of demo, install, sink, and plumber. Rebecca Scott was the designer that I worked with from the very initial phone call all the way through the end of the process. She was wonderful to work with! Very down to earth, pleasant, and listened to details of what exactly I was looking for. She was never pushy, very patient.When I tell you Granite Designer was the best price that I was quoted, I mean that I had received quotes from more than half a dozen countertop companies and Granite Designer offered their complete package at a price that was less than what all other companies were offering just for stone and installation. It was an instant yes for me after receiving their quote.And I am so glad that I said yes! Within days of approving my quote, someone came out to get a digital templating of my kitchen. Then about 10 days later was demo day! The crew showed up early and immediately got to work. Demo was done within the first hour and a half. The plumber showed up next to unhook the sink. The plumber Jaime was wonderful- he called me down to look at my disposal which was in pretty bad shape. After listening to his concerns, he looked up some information and recommendations, and off I went to Home Depot for a new disposal. He installed it with no extra charge and boy amI so grateful to now have a new disposal with my new sink. After installation, Jaime finished up with final touches. He noticed that my dishwasher was not draining correctly. He found a clogged tube that had been clogged for years and fixed a problem that I was completely unaware of.All in all, the process took almost one full day- 9am to 3pm. I finally have my dream countertops, and the perks are a new sink, disposal, and fixed drainage of my dishwasher. The crew left no mess, they were punctual, and knowledgeable.I am so happy that I went with Granite Designer and I plan on using them again for our bathroom vanities.

Jaime and his team did an excellent job replacing our quartz countertops with this beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite! He was so patient and helpful walking us through the entire process. Everything start to finish was smooth and fast, and he worked with us on the design (and saved the day when my measurements were wrong!) They were also careful in removing the previous side splash, as we are going to replace with tile backsplash. Overall had a wonderful experience and highly recommend!
