Ross kindly completed our boiler service this week. Communication beforehand was first rate and he did an excellent job. He also kindly advised on a couple of other points I queried regarding our heating system. We will certainly use his services again.Update: Ross and Lee have done a brilliant job renovating our bathroom over the past two weeks. We are delighted with the result. Ross was really helpful in the run up to the works, he helped with all the questions we had and provided a competitive price for the work we specified. Ross arranged all of the trades required alongside the work he and Lee did (the plasterer and tiler).Ross and Lee did a really thorough job and you could tell at every stage how much effort they put in getting things right (especially the sub floor and wall prior to the tiling). Both Charlie the plasterer and Chad the tiler also did a really good job. Chad was here for a few days and he really has done a great job with the tiles.We really are delighted. Very professional throughout – nothing was too much trouble, despite our location and a particularly challenging bathroom. The finish is excellent and everything has been fitted beautifully. They took great care to protect the house, laying matting to avoid any damage to floors and carpets, and left everything spotless each day. Communication was clear throughout and they were a pleasure to have around. We’re absolutely delighted with the result – it has completely transformed the space – and would highly recommend them.

Ross kindly installed a new exterior tap for me. He had to take a water feed from the front of my house to the back, via various under interior cavities and rooms and exterior walls. His communication was excellent throughout the process, as was his workmanship and attention to detail. I would happily recommend Ross.
