Purchased a stair climber, got it home and the incline adjustment wasn’t working. Contacted Rob, he got me in touch with a tech who walked me through a simple calibration. Older machine that works great, get me in shape for the mountains. Highly recommend PGH.

From start to finish I was amazed at the service, quality and communication.I saw an ad online and was in the area so popped in to the shop. When I called Rob he advised I was welcome to go in and have a look at the unit and ran me through everything over the phone. All the equipment there is stored nicely and the condition was as advertised.When it came to Delivery Josh and Xavier were outstanding. They were respectful of the lawn and took their time when installing the gym mats and equipment. Everything was there as listed however there was 1 thing I specifically asked for in which Rob said he had available. Upon delivery, Josh advised that they actually could not find it, so Rob went out, purchased a brand new one and had it ready for me to collect. Rob could have easily said sorry and told me that I was unlucky but he made sure he kept his word and sorted one for me. Not only that, he included additional attachments for me at no additional cost which shows he really wants to provide the best service to his customers and get them a great deal.Honestly, I will be reaching out to PGH for any equipment I need. Amazing service, amazing team - 10/10

Highly recommend PGH Fitness! Great communication from start to finish, easy to deal with, and always quick to answer any questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They travelled over 2 hours to complete the entire setup, and I was left with a home gym that looks fantastic and more importantly very functional. It is exactly what I was hoping for.Their professionalism, attention to detail, and honest advice about what would work best in my space made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It was clear they genuinely cared about getting the best result for the space.
