2026So we decided to give away our Nordic Track treadmill because we are concentrating on strength and conditioning training with a personal trainer (we're old now). Friends took the treadmill but we insisted that it be relocated using Rob.We didn't want people banging about the house trying to figure out how to get this machine out.Per my previous review, the lads who attended were so polite and well mannered. It was really a pleasure dealing with them. The same goes for Rob who assisted in making it as easy as possible coordinating his availability with mine and the recipients of the treadmill.Thanks again Rob for all your help. I recently was blessed to be able to buy an ex hire reformer from this company. But l was not only blessed by the great machine l got, but by the wonderful service l given. By Rob who not only went out of his way to help, but also treated me with respect. Thank you Rob, you not only answered my questions clearly and honestly, but with patience (a trait not often received in one's senior years these days). You made a seemingly impossible mission be accomplished so easily, by going the extra mile for me without being asked. Clear instructions were given to Joshua who delivered both myself (l had caught the bus) and reformer to my home. Setting it up for me and making sure it was exactly where l wanted it. He too was patient showing me all the workings and also very kind and clear. At no time in the whole process, from my first enquiry did l feel rushed or pressured by either of them. Rob and the team were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend.I met Rob at his warehouse and got a chance to view the equipment as well. An honest and stand up guy and everything he promised he delivered on and exceeded my expectationI purchased a home gym that was installed in my new garage plus he fixed my flooring dismantled then transported and reinstalled my treadmill constructed a power tower and I purchased a new spin bike.If you need this type of work done I would highly recommendThanks again Rob and the team.
