Valerie was great to work with. I didn't have to do much on my end at all. We told her the violations we needed to be cleared, she gave us a price (which was more than reasonable vs other places), and got the job done promptly. She told us the expectation is about 30 days, but finished the job the about a week (through new years too!) If I ever have violations again, I will 100% come back to Valerie.
