Dear RAY- We had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. this morning as first-time customers, but unfortunately there was a PG&E power outage in our neighborhood that delayed us. We couldn't even get an uber to come pick us up. Or our garage door open to get our car. As soon as I realized we weren't going to make it on time, I called to explain the situation.Ray answered the phone, and instead of showing any understanding or offering to reschedule, he was rude from the start. There was no attempt to work with us, no alternative appointment offered, and the conversation felt dismissive. When I called back to cancel the appointment, things only got worse. Ray repeatedly aggressively talked over me and raised his voice instead of letting me explain. I wasn't expecting special treatment because we were late, but I did expect basic professionalism and respect—especially considering the delay was caused by an unexpected power outage. I really could not believe a grown man who was supposed to be offering a service we would pay $100+ for was screaming at us on the phone like this. For a business that relies on customer service, the way we were treated left a terrible first impression. We never even got the chance to experience the haircut because of how the situation was handled. Needless to say, we won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that treats potential customers this way.
