I have used Benjamin at a number of my rental properties and at our personal home. He is always pleasant and professional. I was nervous the first time I called him (on a reference from a friend) because I had what I thought might be termites at one rental and a rat infestation in another rental! He was honest and thorough at both houses, no termites (big-headed ants) and not only did he eradicate the rat infestation left by a tenant he did numerous things to make sure the problem would not occur again. He is a gentleman who is running high quality business focused on results and customer satisfaction.
