Jessica is wonderful and is doing the best job that she can. She gives 100% everyday. Excellent Manager.I had a collection agency on my back for something that I did not owe. I had a cell phone company putting them on my back because of a debit that they said that I owe, calling it "buyers remorse." Man, they were more right than they knew...BUT, Jessica came to my rescue once again. She showed them who can outlast who with the truth. I cannot say enough about Jessica, her intelligence, her tenaciousness, and her caring for her customers. I hope that this relationship lasts for a very very long time. I need Better Qualified in my corner always!
