I gave them a chance to make it right and they ignored me so I can only assume they don't care that I đź’Ż feel like they scammed me. So on top of writing this review I am also filing a report with the Oklahoma attorney general consumer protection unit so maybe no one else has to deal with what I am. The tech said it was my transmission or a dirty intake that was making it lose power, lights flicker, ac problems, battery light coming on. What was actually wrong according to Nissan, there was fluid leaking onto the belt and pulleys causing it to malfunction. Now not only does the leak and belt need to be fixed but the alternator, battery, and AC compressor all have to be replaced now too. An additional $3, 000... The tech didn't even know how to properly check the transmission fluid. He did it with the car off and it hadn't been driven in 2 days. That is only 1 example of the incompetence. Nissan also said my intake is fine it just wasn't getting enough power and there is no shavings in the transmission fluid as this companies tech claimed there was. Just be weary using them, I personally don't believe all their techs are actually fully trained mechanics. Furthermore if I hadn't insisted on the tech sending me a text to verify that I paid him, I'd have zero proof because I was never sent the receipt he said would be sent to me via text from the company itself. There is way more I could and want to say but space is running out. They were a total waste of money, and time!!! Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
