I am going to write this as an honest review and if you read it you will see why I give this review 5 stars. The "mechanic" showed up early in the morning a little later than planned, I was quoted a price that was $200 for sensor repairs and agreed to it, I left to go to work and my wife was at home and waiting for the job to be completed. About 2 hours into the job my wife got as text and stated she would contact me to see if we were going to proceed with the work with the new quote being $500 and the kid doing the repairs said he would not give us the keys back to the vehicle without payment. I was accused of lying and told $200 was never the price or quoted to me ( I had three witnesses 1 of which I don't even know and is a neighbor ) among many other things. The kid doing the work showed up today yelling, cursing and threatening me and my son, when I reported that to the owner I was told I was a liar once again even with proof. The kid proceeded to demean me and call me names as the police were there and then that he was all big and bad and even tried to entice me even with the police present ( this is all on body cam with TPD which I will be requesting for proof ). There actually is a lot to this but I am including key points here. The kid who did the work also told me I was never in the military, I couldn't repair my own vehicle ( no crap that is why I called a mechanic genius ) called me fat when the kid is same size as me lol and proceeded to just keep going. Finally I told officer Chambers I was just going to go get the cash, come back and pay him so he would go away ( the kid even tried thinking his intimidation tactics of a mechanic lien would work on me haha not ) .Here is why this is a 5 star review ( even though the kid "mechanic" had to watch multiple YouTube videos to even know what he was doing ). The owner Jason was actually very nice to deal with once things had settled down and we could actually talk, he did take the price down a bit for stuff that was not done to the vehicle and I do appreciate that and he is also a fellow military vet. He made sure I had my receipt for service and apologized for the behavior of this young buck mechanic ( maybe the owner talking to this kid will humble him a bit ). Jason did not have to lower the price and could of choose to go the legal court route which I was fine with but did end up settling this the right way and I am grateful he did that.I would recommend the company based solely on Jason, his professionalism and out standing willingness to hang in there and work with me even when things got a little heated and the cops were involved.Jason thank you for you service not only on my vehicle but from one vet to another for your military service as well. If you are in a bind and need a on the spot repair this is the company to call.
