I have only just hired this pro. They have therefore not started the work yet. But my experience thus far has been excellent. Ilir really takes the time to talk to you about the details of the project and made an extra effort to come by when the railing company was also at my house. He inspires a lot of confidence as he seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable and have great ideas and excellent judgment. Additionally, his wife, Kristina, provides top-notch customer service, promptly answering any questions you have and being very helpful and pleasant.

The workers are a great group of guys. They’re respectful of the owners and property being worked on, polite and kind. The owner, Ilir, knows what he’s doing and provides great suggestions and ideas on the project. Kristina is prompt in her responses and has a great sense of humor. I had three separate projects and they all came out better than expected:1. Belgian block was placed along the side of my driveway to prevent water from rain emptying into my front yard. This has completely stopped the water - I know because it pools in the driveway (this will be fixed when the driveway is done)2. A full color cleft bluestone walkway with flare at both ends was built from my driveway to the front door steps. You can see the full color in the picture. I chose cleft (rough texture) instead of thermal (smooth) because I felt it looked better on my older home3. A new basement entry was built. I uploaded a before and after picture. Before was a couple of cinder blocks and a rotting wooden door. After is much wider, has concrete steps, and a bilco door. Its worth noting that bilco doors allow light in and their site says this is “normal.” I bought a bilco weatherstripping kit on Amazon for ~$35 and only a little light comes through at the bottom where the doors meet nowIf I ever have another masonry project in the future, I will be using them again.

Ilir and Kristina were so great to work with and they are the kindest people. In fact, this is the second time we went with them and we are still thinking of projects just to get them back. Ilir has an excellent eye and an attention to detail that blew our minds. He rebuilt our 175’ stone wall and it looks completely natural and harmonious. His team is kind, diligent, and incredibly skilled. Incredibly fair. Totally down to earth. So happy with this work. I know that his craftsmanship will bring us a lot of happiness and will be a source of pride for many years to come.

From the first meeting with Ilir Iljazi, I felt at ease. I had multiple issues from trees that damaged a stone wall, stone steps and stone chimney. Punctual, polite, and listens to all of my concerns. Their crew were hard-working, and kept everything neat and organized, and when finished they tidied up the areas and removed all the depris. Every detail was addressed and they worked with the insurance company so their work was paid for in full. Lucky to have found such a wonderful company.

It was great working with both Kris and Ilir. Their crew was on time and efficient and we're very pleased with the end product. They did a very good job extending our patio keeping the same random flagstone pattern. They also filled in broken joints and did a good job cleaning up and communicated back in a timely basis. Would definitely use them again.

I've hired Iljazi Masonry for two different jobs now because I've been so happy with their work. First we tore down our rotting deck, and had them install a bluestone patio. They laid a thick cement foundation so that I will never have weeds grow through between the stone and took care in cutting the stone and placing it so as not to be wasteful and so the pieces went together without looking too symmetrical. I wish I had done this years ago...one of the best investments I've made. Then I hired them again to repair/rebuild two stone pillars at the bottom of my driveway. They are super solid now and I expect them to last for years. I am definitely keeping them in mind for my next project when I am ready. I highly recommend...easy to work with, helpful with recommendations for aesthetics, and a great finished product.

Hiring Ilir was one of the best decisions that I made in my life. I interviewed more than 10 pros, felt very comfortable with Ilir from the very beginning. The quality of work was great. He was very helpful, I ended up having him do more works beyond the Masonry.
