I cannot praise this company enough. I recently bought a house, and suddenly on Friday just before 6pm, my HVAC system stopped working. I had a special event lined up that weekend and had a million things to do, and with the summer heat looming, I was worried I'd have to call it off. I made a dozen calls to companies that advertised "emergency same day service", and they were all local - one literally around the corner. These guys - though based in Pasadena (I'm in Culver City) - came out within the hour, found the problem, and even drove another half hour to pick up the needed part despite it being nearly 9pm on a Friday night! Chris and his manager were so courteous and considerate, and I felt Chris really went above and beyond to get the job done. I'm very appreciative and can't recommend them highly enough. These are the guys to call when you need help at a moment's notice! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Called them for an issue I had with my store AC unit. They came that day to troubleshoot as it was a friday. They gave me some recommendations but my landlord had already called someone to fix the issue. They didn't charge for coming out that day. I decided to do some maintenance at my other location since it had been many years since we had anyone do any work. They accessed the units and said all I needed was some cleaning, changing filters and fuses. Overall I was very satisfied by their professionalism. They gave me a breakdown of what needed attention, gave me recommendations and prices upfront. I felt I could trust them and the quote they gave me. I had called Hvac people in the past randomly off of google and without even looking they said I had to replace the whole unit which would have costed thousands. I would recommend Temp King to my neighbors and friends because they do the job right.
