The classes are fun, challenging and varied enough to keep things interesting. Whether it's strength, circuits, or core, each session feels purposeful and energising. I actually looked forward to going, which isn’t something I’ve ever said about a workout before 😅.The coaches make all the difference though. They’re friendly, approachable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They take time to correct form, offer modifications when needed, and somehow manage to make even the toughest sessions feel manageable. You never feel judged—only supported.Over the course of my time there, I lost 6kg, but more than that, I gained consistency, confidence, and a much better relationship with exercise. I’m fitter, stronger, and actually enjoy training now.If you’re looking for a fitness community that’s both structured and supportive, I’d highly recommend.
