I found Ryan and all his guys, helpful, friendly, efficient and quick. The installation was all done in one day; no mess, no problems.

Had a fantastic experience getting our ducted aircon installed into our home.Ryan came out to the house for the initial site inspection and was super genuine. We had a solid, long sit-down where he went through all our options and answered every single question I had without any sales pressure. On installation day, Ryan and his boys were spot on. Really respectful, put down drop sheets where needed, and cleaned up as they went. Once everything was in, they took the time to double-check that every zone worked perfectly and walked me through how to use the controller properly before heading off.Couldn't ask for a smoother install. Highly recommend Reactiv.

From the moment we enquired with Reactiv Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, Ryan provided exceptional service, offering a competitive quote that was cheaper than the good guys. Ryans communication was outstanding, always answering our calls or responding promptly and arranging installation without any hassle. Ryan is honest, trustworthy, professional and a true perfectionist who takes pride in his work. The installation was completed neatly and to an exceptionally high standard. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and would highly recommend Ryan and his company to anyone looking for quality service at a great price. One extremely happy customer!
