We had a great experience with Claudia! She gave us two time estimates before arriving, one about 2 hours beforehand and another about 30 minutes before. We had asked her if we could sign outside since my wife and I would be masking and she even opted to wear a mask without being asked. She was very friendly and very familiar with all the paperwork we had to sign which made things quick and easy.
