I had a chance to work with Claudia through a Title company to notarize trust-related documents for my elderly father who lives in a long-term care facility.I gave Claudia an A+ for her service and professionalism.She first introduced herself with a phone call to confirm the date/time of the signing.She assured me that she will have all documents ready from the Title company for my father to sign.She also confirmed ahead of time if a negative Covid test is required to come into the long-term care facility.Even though facemasks are no longer required at the long-term care facility. Claudia wore an N95 facemask the whole time when she was at the long-term care facility.She provided guidance and explained some of the questions we had about the trust certification document.She gave us an extra copy of the unsigned documents. My guess is she had the extra copy in case there was a problem.Claudia is friendly and personable. She made my elderly father at ease during the signing process.Claudia is the first and only notary that I know of who uses an electronic scanner for fingerprinting. No more ink on the right thumb !I'm impressed with the overall signing experience with Claudia. And I highly recommend Claudia as a public notary. Less

Claudia was amazing—she answered me on a holiday, met up with us *next day* (day after Christmas too, mind you), and she made everything quick and simple. I really appreciated how professional she was. She was on time and easy to schedule with. She answered quickly when I texted her, also offering me an earlier slot although I wasn’t able to take it, so she was super flexible.Claudia was also very respectful since it was a signing we had to do with our more elderly family members, some of whom we had not seen in years. Claudia did her notarizing, politely while everyone was chaotic and trying to catch up and things like that (some grudgingly since they’re old lol). She didn’t interrupt and she just got it done quickly, summarized everything, said goodbye, and slipped out of the location (local Starbucks) quietly as not to disrupt the mini reunion. Payment was also quick and convenient via Venmo! Less
