Andrew came out today 11/21/25. I have to say top notch service. He was able to get our heater working the way it used to. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me some extra pointers. I would recommend anyone who needs their heater working for these So.Cal cold nights or the blistering heat in the summer, DNA Heating and Cooling is the way to go!! Their logo says it all because HVAC is in their DnA!

Bruce was great - friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, communicative, fast and great with kids (just an added bonus when you have babies and toddlers running and crying through your worsite). I recommend DNA to everyone that asks! Ours was a huge fire risk that required a new motor and electrical. Bruce didn't try to upsell; he tried fixing it without a new part, explained it all to me, showed me what he tried, but it didn't work. It feels so good to work with an honest team!
