My hubby and I were driving to lunch one day and got a call from Michael Kent regarding interest in selling our rental properties. Normally, I'm not a fan of sales calls, but Michael was different. He was quick, to the point, cut out the fluff and was eager to help us. We set up a follow up call with him and we were impressed. We wanted to get out from our rental properties quickly and Michael and his team were more than helpful. Being from out of state, they went above and beyond to help us get our properties ready to sell and on the market. Michael was always proactive in his approach, calling with updates and status. If I had a question or needed help with anything, he and his team were on it immediately! Really enjoyed working with him and his team, there aren't many like them and we truly appreciate their hard work!
