I decided to try their decompression and shockwave treatments for the first time, and I’m honestly glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt peaceful and welcoming. They had Christian music playing, which immediately made the atmosphere feel calming rather than clinical and overwhelming.Dr. Matt was very informative, kind, and took the time to really explain the issues I’ve been dealing with along with his recommendations for treatment. I never felt rushed or pressured.I especially noticed relief after the shockwave treatment. My pain level went from about a 9 down to a 5 after just one session, which gave me hope because when pain finally drops a few notches, it feels like your body sends you a thank-you letter.I know I’ll need additional treatments to continue improving, and although I wish I could pay for the full treatment plan upfront, I’ll need a little time to get everything together financially before starting consistently. That said, I do plan on purchasing their bundle package.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end, and the office didn’t feel intimidating or overwhelming at all.

Top notch customer service from beginning to end. Friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Wilson talked through how the procedure would work for my hip. It was a bit of discomfort but when I got up, I didn’t feel the pain when I walk. 10 out of 10, highly recommend if you have chronic pain. I’ll definitely be back!
