We had a small carpet piece by a doorway that a dog had tore up, and we needed it to be repaired without having to fully replace the carpet. Of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in 5 rooms of my basement.J A was one of 4 highly recommended companies to bid this job. But only Adrian made the degree of recommendations for floor prep work (grinding, leveling, LVP acclimation, vapor barrier selection,) that matched the manufacturer recommendations.J.A. Communication throughout the process was “perfect”..They always arrived at the time they previously communicated.They were organized and did the LVP install flawlessly. As the pictures show, they left the job site clean. LVP boxes were broken down, and bound acceptable for trash pickup.Bottom Line:J A Flooring service was, Price Competitive, Professionally Knowledgeable & Skilled, On Time, & Clean…. What more could you ask for????

The installation was completed on time and with incredible attention to detail — the seams are flawless and everything looks perfect. I’m only leaving one star cus leaving none is not an option. Contacted this guy Adrian to install 1500 sqft of LVP and he gave an estimate of $3000 with removal of old floors and install of new flooring and quarter round trim thru text. After he arrived he quickly raised the price an extra $500 for the installing of the trim, an extra $350 to haul away old carpet which wasn’t much. He was looking at a quick payday based on the looks of our home.First day he agreed to show up at 7 am and was two hrs late, second day he texted saying he was going to be late cus he had to go to finish another job.He showed up and was working as if he was living the final seconds of his life. They rushed thru the job and made horrible cuts around the floor vents, around the kitchen island And everywhere else that needed a cut.I kept asking “hey what about these gaps due to bad cutting” and he just kept saying “oh don’t worry the qrtr round trim will cover that.”Well no it didn’t, these cuts were so bad I had to hire another guy to pretty much do custom trim work to cover all these mistakes.Also about a week later after the install the washing machine hose came off the drain off the wall cus they were too lazy to move the machines to lay the floors as they said they would do. Instead they just pulled the machines back and forth to the point that they stretched the hoses to far causing them to come out of the drain. The first time we did laundry all the water emptied out in the laundry room and down into our basement causing damage to the crimping downstairs.I contacted Adrian to notify him of this issue and to also let him know that a few boards of the LVP were coming undone an he right away blocked my number and we never heard from him again. I tried calling him from my wife’s phone and thru Angis list and he just kept blocking our numbers.We paid this clown $3500 and for him to show this kind of disrespect and unprofessional business manner is just sad.He would rather make a quick dollar than to stand by his work as a man and business owner.My wife is an attorney and we will be suing him.So if you spend your hard earned money to beautify your home and want beautiful flooring installed then you definitely DO NOT CALL J&A flooring.Now we see why they keep changing their business address and locations. This guy Adrian is shady and does crap work.

They are the best. Adrian measured and gave us a quote on everything we were going to do, but we only did part of the job. If you text him with a question he answers you right back and no question is left unanswered no matter how many times you ask him one. Very professional and easy to work with and accommodating to minor changes. He installed lvp and baseboards. Beautiful job
