Anybody that knows me, knows how much I struggle with technology. Learning and listening to the way Carl teaches the information is interesting and informative. During the training today, it just started clicking. He has a very energetic presence that makes learning fun! Awesome job ! I’m now excited about technology and not dreading it like I have for quite awhile! Not to mention - the way his face lights up when he talks about his wife and kids is so refreshing in today’s world and reflects a lot about his character.
