He was always helpful and patient whenever I had questions or concerns, and never made me feel as if I was bothering him; he always had the time to help me out. His assistant Shakayla was just as awesome, helping me through the steps during the finalizing process, even coming to my house to drop off documents. Very professional and very friendly.
