Had gone to different store and got sold in a gimmick. Stopped by to see how big a twin XL was. Started telling the sales rep about the product, and ended up giving me way better advice. His name is Iriam. Gave me a free sleep diagnosis on a diagnostic bed that showed all my pressure areas. Gave me an exact recommended firmness level for both the comfort level of the mattress and the support level. Ended up getting a tempurpedic at a great price. Introduced me to a much better pillow as well, and much cooler sheets. Super satisfied with how knowledgeable they were and they weren’t pushy about the sale. They really understand sleep wellness at a deep level.
