I have received two IVs this week plus some injections. I have to say I had the most relaxing experience. My Nurse Lauren took care of me. She got my IV in the first time, and was very attentive to my experience. I feel like I was refreshed afterwards, and ready to take on the day. I would do this experience again regularly. Less

As a fellow medical professional this review will be taken from that point of view. I walked in for a 1030 appt at 1010am and no one was at the front checking anyone in. There were 2 people waiting so I sat down. I then about 1015 - a nurse asked my name and checked me in and said I would not be seen till 1030 (which was perfectly acceptable). The other nurse came and asked who was next and took the next person and then the next person. As I was waiting 3 more people came in and waited. In the meantime, I heard a patient state " Ouch, that burns all up my arm and my arm is numb" and another patient was a difficult stick so she had to get the other nurse to try again. I started getting a very uncomfortable feeling about the competency of the nurses especially since I am a difficult stick. There was no sense of organization, and it was more of a " who's next" making me feel like I was just part of a factory, and I left. If I am getting meds and vitamins put in my body, I would like an individualized approach and more organization at the front so the nurses can focus on what they need to do for the patient rather than have patients wait and check in patients. The front was more of a " who is next in the line" type of approach and this doesn't work for me. After I left, I still got a call from someone offering a B12 injection. I feel this company is more about getting their services sold rather than an individualized approach to vitamin therapy. I rarely write bad reviews because everyone has bad days and the nurses were doing the best they can but from an organizational standpoint you need to give them the resources for them to succeed and to make the patient feel like they are important rather than a cog in the wheel. I had high hopes but will not be back and I didn't even make it past the front desk. Less
