Being out of towners visiting friends living in Ammon, Cody took the time to first show us a cross section of the housing market in Idaho Falls and the surrounding area. On our second visit, Cody took us on a more focused search were we ended up liking two or three properties very much. We then decided that we needed to get serious and got our loan preapproval in place to which Cody once again had solid recommendations. When we decided to move forward with an offer, Cody helped every step of the way ensuring that no detail was missed and that the purchase process was as trouble-free as possible. Even after closing, Cody remained engage helping us to identify many local services to help us settle in. At no point did Cody pressure us which made the whole buying experience much more pleasant. We have purchased a number of properties over the years and Cody is by far the best real-estate agent we have worked with.
