The technician was knowledgeable, on time, and very attentive to detail. He treated my house as if it was his own. At the end of the service we had a great conversation and he showed us the step by step (before and after) of the cleaning and gave us recommendations for future cleanings. We really appreciate the way he communicated with us via text and email when we were almost scam with a company that used almost the exact same name as NC Fresh Air Solutions. He gave us the price through email, and he gave us a discount for paying in cash.We really appreciate the service and will be using this company again for the annual service.

We had an issue with our dryer showing airflow blockage error. we originally hired someone else for the job but the issue didnt get resolved. Finally! I found someone that could thoroughly clean my dryer vent. My dryer is located in the center of my home on an upper floor, leading to a longer than average duct. 2 other companies attempted to clean the duct, but never reached all the way outside, leading to continued error messages on my dryer and very long drying times. Shon used an extension ladder and safety gear to clean it properly. My clothes dry super quickly now!
