Excellent. Technician was to be late, but called to inform us of appropriate arrival, and again for his specific arrival. He gave us a true price for chimney cleaning and dryer duck cleaning. When he found some fireplace damage, he provided another accurate cost. Very professional and polite. We’ll consider having him clear our HVAC system.

Saw the advertisement for checking out chimney, dryer vents, & duct work. Shon came out, inspected the fireplace. Provided me with pics as the fireplace had just been redone 3 years ago. There were cracks at top where the contractor didn't seal it. He waterproofed the top and around the flashing at the bottom. Within 1 hr, 45 mins the chimney was inspect, cleaned, & waterproofed. He worked quickly & feel it was effective!As far as looking at dryer vent & duct work, he did not do that as I feel his calendar was a lil over booked BUT he did offer to come back at another time.Very nice, informative and even though he had another appointment afterwards, I didn't feel he rushed on the job with the chimney. When cleaning it, he took extra care to not make a huge mess.Overall, I was satisfied with the experience with the chimney!!! I would recommend!!!!

Shon swept both flues of our chimney and cleaned up inside the fireplace, but primarily he recaulked and resealed the chimney's exterior to (hopefully) stop water leaks into our second floor. He was well prepared and knowledgeable while offering great service with a pleasant, wonderful attitude! thanks!!
