I have neuropathy going on 7 years due to pressure on my spinal cord cutting off blood supply to my lower nerves. I have been going to Back to You for a while. A new technique used on me electroshock therapy. It has given my nerves a jolt that it needed. Sheena recognized that my hamstrings were not engaging when I walked. She manipulated my legs in a way that activated my hamstrings. I had no idea it was an issue, but Sheena is very in tune to what my body is/is not doing. I have more feeling in my legs and feet which is helping with my balance. I do a lot of stretches that Sheena has given me to do which helps a lot. Sheena is very patient and wants my feedback to assist her in managing my regimen. My goal is to get rid of my cane, so balance exercises is what I'm tackling next.

I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived at Back To You for my initial assessment. Dr Kyle put me at ease as we discussed my symptoms and talked about my mobility issues. He explained which exercises I could do at home & what areas PT Therapists would work with me on during my 2x a week visit. I am really looking forward to my next appointment- always feel great afterwards!

I came back...I had back surgery (anterior/posterior infusion). I was questioning my decision about having it done. Dr. John and most recently Dr. Erik. They have really worked with me, listens to what my concern were and helped me reach my goals(to baby sit my grandbaby). I would recommend them to anyone.

I am recovering from a full tear rotator cuff surgery. Sheena has been fantastic, she pushes me and does a great job of stretching me out! Ashely has been great as well, getting me going when I come in. Although, there have been others that have pitched in as well when Sheena wasn't available. They do a great job as well. I am thankful for the whole team!. I feel like I'm moving right along.

This place I can't say enough words, but incredibly amazing. So as a female I only want to see women for health care. So, I got introduce to Dr Sheena Long who by far is the perfect Dr. She listens to what you need and what you can do better at and what will help you down the road.Then she went on Vacation and that meant I would be a week without any assistants and that would be way too long. So, I got introduce to Adam. I don't know his last name, and I tried pulling it up, but he is new. He was amazing. So, when Dr Long came back from vacation, I couldn't bear to get rid of Adam, so I kept both of them. I worked with Adam on Mondays and then I worked with Sheena on Wednesday it was a great amazing fit for my schedule. The Techs there that I worked with were incredible as well. Kelly on Mondays and Ashleigh on Wednesdays. They both made sure you right on target. Then lastly the receptionist, Jen. Walking though those doors she always puts a smile on anyone's face. There were days just wasn't felling it specially on Mondays she always made me smile and change my mood in a wink of an eye.This company is Family vibe and that's how your feel when you walk thru those days.

I’ve been going to Back to You off and on for about two years now. All the staff are outstanding to work with. The therapy I’ve received there has been life changing. You are taught how to continually exercise at home as well. My quality of life has greatly improved.
