Where do I start! I'm a 1099 employee and I didn't have the usual length of income history to qualify for a mortgage so it was a miracle Kevin was even able to get me approved for a home loan, at all. When I started this process, I spoke with so many mortgage brokers in the Denver Metro area and was simply told that there was absolutely no way I could qualify for a mortgage. I honestly didn't know where to turn and almost gave up hope. That's when my boss put me in touch with a friend who knew Kevin and the rest is history!
