Update: Constant turnover. New people every other visit. Some clean well and some don't.They say the fully mop the floors every time. They don't. I know because I work from home and I see what they do. They spot mop.They only fully mopped my floors on the initial deep clean. After that- no.Who wants a never-ending stream of strangers in your house for 3 hours at a time? I don't. There is a lot of trust involved with letting someone clean your house.

They were great! Jeremy helped schedule & organize everything. You get reminder & on my way texts and Alexia & Carley showed up right on time. They really helped get a good overall clean in the house and were very professional. At the end they left me a check list of everything that had been done.

The Big Tex Clean Team was amazing! Zaelyn and Alevia deep cleaned my house, and they did a very thorough job. My toddler wanted to “help” them when we got home, and they were so sweet in letting him join their efforts. Jeremy, the owner, even called after they were done cleaning to ensure I was satisfied.
