Well what can I say about the fitness room 28 day challenge. In November 2021 an ad for The fitness Room popped up on my Facebook page. I was feeling very unfit and unhealthy, so thought what the hell. I started the 28. Day challenge thinking I will never stick to this. I was 52 and hadnāt been to the gym for nearly two decades. The first week was hard! I mean really hard, but I loved it. At the end of the 4 weeks I felt physically stronger but also mentally stronger which was something I had not bargained for. My clothes fitted better and I just felt amazing. Well 10 month on and Iām still there. I absolutely love the place. The people are awesome Iāve made some amazing new friends, the trainers are out of this world every session feels like a PT session as they are always watching form and giving advice on how to improve. Iām currently doing the 42 day lock down challenge which is being run by the awesome team at The Fitness Rooms. The platform, workouts, advice and support has been outstanding. I find it really hard to workout on my own and this has provided the perfect combination to enable me to do so. The workouts are awesome and I love the support provided by the team and the wider community. Iād recommend it... More

The fitness rooms has great facilities for every type of fitness you want to do, the people (staff and clients) are so lovely, David is always walking the floor and making sure everyone is happy, all of the personal trainers are supportive and helpful. Damien was my accountability coach for the 8 weeks and his attention to detail along with everything else was a huge part of why Iāve continued to do sessions with him alongside attending bootcamps to maintain my fitness levels and become stronger.
