Highly recommend Prime Physiotherapy! My son had sustained minor fracture on tip of his Fibula. He recovered in 4 weeks due to the exceptional care and attention provided by Claire. My son was super happy with his first appointment as Claire told him, he was no longer required to wear a moon boot! Claire was wonderful with my son, providing excellent care and easy-to-follow exercises that helped him recover quickly. She has such a warm and friendly manner with children, which made every visit a positive experience. We are very grateful for all her support and highly recommend Claire and the Prime Physio team.

Hetvi provided the most wonderful support for me after a knee arthoscopy and again more recently when I developed a large cyst in my Knee. I highly recommend her as a consummate professional who understands and responds to her clients’s needs most sensitively and most appropriately. I cannot recommend Prime Physiotherapy and Callum highly enough! I came in with lower back issues, Callum did a thorough assessment and designed a tailored exercise plan that was both practical. He took the time to truly investigate the root cause and explained in detail rather than just treating the symptoms. The care I received was professional and highly knowledgeable, The front office staff Lisa is very helpful too.

Hetvi is a wonderful physiotherapist who gets results. She quickly diagnosed the cause of a long running sciatic issue. She showed great communication skills in clearly explaining it to me and how the remedial exercise regime would solve that issue over an 8 week period. During that period she listened to progress reports and adjusted exercises where needed to optimise the treatment. She provided further advice between appointments on exercise questions. After 8 weeks the issue is resolved. Hetvie is the best physio I have ever dealt with because of her physio skills and especially her effective communication throughout the process.

Hetvi is truly amazing! She calls/emails and checks in on you even after you've stopped seeing her. The way she explains the findings and diagnosis is amazing! It helps you understand whats wrong and how to help get it better. I could not recommend anymore better than Hetvi. After an accident on a Saturday morning, Nella at reception helped me get in to see someone so quickly, and was such a lovely person to speak to. I ended up seeing Maddison who was in her first week at the clinic, but you wouldn’t know it. She was professional, kind and looked at my injury in detail despite having squeezed me in for an appointment. This is a super friendly clinic who care about their patients.
