Very kind and friendly staff! Mandy took the time to talk to and explain what she was doing to my toddler even though he was distracted and wiggly during his haircut. He also loved the complimentary balloon and sitting in the different cars. The management and owner were very responsive when my son had a problem and went above and beyond to help us fix it. They also had availability on short notice, which is great for busy parents trying to fit it all in. Thanks Sharkeys!

They didn't miss a detail! Our son was thrilled to get his haircut in Lightning McQueen (to the point that he let Mandy use clippers on him for the first time ever). The staff is fantastic with kids. We walked away with a great haircut, a balloon, and the desire to go back.

Mandy is amazing and so patient. My son is terrified of getting his hair cut (2 1/2) and she does so well easing him into it and working around his fear. Also the haircut is always great!
