Rented a trailer for hauling a compact tractor. When I returned it, the owner pointed out slight damage to the gate and charged me $350 ($250 repair plus $100 transport). My biggest issue wasn't the charge itself, but how the situation was handled. I felt the communication was rude and lacked professionalism and empathy. I would have appreciated a calmer discussion and documentation of the repair costs. The trailer itself was in good condition, but the customer service left a negative impression.

He was great at first, until there was an issue, then he was pretty rude and stern, didnt want to work with the customer at all. Sorry your trailer cant handle the weight you said it can, I'll pay the whatever, like I said I would, I just wish you'd be a little more respectful, and empathetic.

Rented a car hauler for a day, had a couple questions about whether or not to purchase insurance, and the best way to load and strap the car down once loaded. Josh (the owner) answered all my questions and had the hauling knowledge to help me understand how to load and strap for a safe and easy haul. He had everything i needed on the trailer to do the job so i didn’t have to bring anything else with me. Trailer was clean and everything in great shape, wouldn’t change a thing about my rental couldn’t be happier.
