Mark installed our new Vaillant ecoTec Plus boiler and has done an excellent job, from the start we could tell Mark takes pride in his work as he ensured everything was neat and tidy as well as keeping us up to date with the install progress. Unfortunately we experienced a technical issue with the new boiler which required a warranty call, Mark arranged for a Vaillant engineer to attend then was able to complete the install. Once the install was complete Mark gave us a run through of how to operate our new boiler as well as sharing some tips on reducing our energy usage and making sure our new boiler was as efficient as possible. To top it off Mark went above and beyond by looking at an existing issue we had with our drains, he made adjustments to our drain for the washing machine by supplying and fitting a U bend to try prevent odours coming back into our property. Mark replaced the kitchen-sink waste disposal unit for us. The original unit was 40 years' old and thoroughly rusted into the metal sink. This made the work incredibly hard and very time consuming.
