Needed a tow today. They were prompt and professional. I was also able to pay with cash. There equipment is nice and clean. They just become the only tow company I will use when needed.

Found Petta Pro through my neighbors last spring, after a big storm caused a lot of damage in the neighborhood. They did a great job for my neighbors, going above and beyond (having been hired to clean their carpets after flooding but ended up also digging, cleaning and filling up their wells to prevent extra damage).Anyway, I hired them a few days later to clean some of my vents (I have a hard to reach vent hooked up to a lifted dryer and it is super hard to find someone who will work on it as they must lift the dryer to reach the vent) and I’m VERY pleased with their work. I had a really hard time finding someone who would do it and they went above and beyond, even going to Home Depot to get some extra parts we needed to hook up the vent.I ended up hiring them shortly after for a carpet cleaning service and they were great.The thing I like the most about them is that:- they are very honest people- they will do whatever needs doing (e.g. if there’s a side problem they can help you with they will roll up their sleeves and do it)- they will make sure the area they worked on is left clean after they complete their job- their prices are fairI will continue hiring them for all my clean up maintenance services and highly recommend them!
