The quote was competitive and we got exactly what we asked for and love the finished product. The work was completed on time and on budget. David and Luis did a great job with our shower remodel. Excellent communication, punctual, cleaned up as they went, with an end result which looks fantastic. David even went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and repair a faulty water pressure regulator. We will be calling on them again for other projects we have planned.

Dave and Luis did 2 bathrooms at our place, pretty much back to back. They did an awesome job on both bathrooms at a very fair price. We had one quote come in slightly lower, but Dave and Luis got the job done much faster and were much more accommodating to our timeline.They worked fast and even went above and beyond by working over a weekend because they wanted us to have our kids’ bathroom ready ASAP. If Luis is on your project with Dave, that man is a beast. He works nonstop from the second he arrives until the end of the work day, and it is shocking how much he gets done, even when he’s solo. It is superhuman productivity.Most importantly, the work looks great. Dave is great to work with on quotes and scheduling, and communication was easy throughout both projects. If he wasn’t at our place, Dave was just a quick text away. They did great with our 3 dogs, who we did our best to keep out of the work, along with our 4-year-old and 2-year-old who were home for much of the day.They cleaned up nicely after the work was done, and even found us comparable, more affordable stone ideas for our shower after The Tile Shop sold us the most expensive stone of all time. That ended up saving us a good amount of money.The guys did such a great job that we’re planning to do our Master bathroom next with them. Highly, highly recommend Dave and Clarke Contracting.

I had a leak in my shower. David removed the old tile, discovered the problem (poor waterproofing during the original installation), corrected the problem and replaced the tile. The work was completed on budget and faster than originally scheduled. The quality of work was excellent and the problem has been solved. David was very helpful in explaining the alternative means of correcting the problem and the pros and cons of each alternative. We are very happy with the results.

David changed our water heater. He did a perfect job for us. It was very easy to communicate with him. I highly recommend him. He really made a stretch and changed the water heater on a short notice with best pricing on the market. He kept all promises and left our home in perfect condition.
