We recently had our spare bathroom remodeled by Clarke Contracting, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. David did an amazing job from start to finish. His communication throughout the whole project was excellent, and he truly listened to our needs and wants every step of the way.Even after the project had already started, we decided we wanted an outlet moved, and David still made arrangements to accommodate us without hesitation. He worked within the budget we provided and was always honest and professional throughout the process.One thing we especially appreciated was his reliability. David was always here when he said he would be and put in full days of work, which is hard to find these days. Their tile work was absolutely immaculate, and the grout lines were extremely precise — something I had been a little worried about going into the project. They exceeded our expectations and created a truly beautiful bathroom with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail.We were so pleased with the experience that we will definitely be reaching out to David again for remodeling our primary bathroom and another guest bathroom in the future. David and his co-workers remodeled our master bedroom in 2023. I went with David because one of my friend's had their bathroom remodeled and it looked fantastic. The work was done AHEAD of schedule (which is rare with contractors these days). Unlike other contractors, David provided design suggestions and did quality work for a reasonable price. I'm still happy with the wonderful remodeling job these guys did and would recommend them to friends.All in all, they did the following:- Bathroom remodeling- Heated tile flooring- New tiled walls- Door installation- New faucets / lights

Clark Contracting does it all. We needed a kitchen in the basement and they did a great job of it. Flooring, painting, moving a vent, plumbing, electric work, cabinet assembly and installation, door and frame installation - It turned out beautiful. David even went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and repair a faulty water pressure regulator. We will be calling on them again for other projects we have planned.

Dave and Luis did 2 bathrooms at our place, pretty much back to back. They did an awesome job on both bathrooms at a very fair price. We had one quote come in slightly lower, but Dave and Luis got the job done much faster and were much more accommodating to our timeline.They worked fast and even went above and beyond by working over a weekend because they wanted us to have our kids’ bathroom ready ASAP. If Luis is on your project with Dave, that man is a beast. He works nonstop from the second he arrives until the end of the work day, and it is shocking how much he gets done, even when he’s solo. It is superhuman productivity.Most importantly, the work looks great. Dave is great to work with on quotes and scheduling, and communication was easy throughout both projects. If he wasn’t at our place, Dave was just a quick text away. They did great with our 3 dogs, who we did our best to keep out of the work, along with our 4-year-old and 2-year-old who were home for much of the day.They cleaned up nicely after the work was done, and even found us comparable, more affordable stone ideas for our shower after The Tile Shop sold us the most expensive stone of all time. That ended up saving us a good amount of money.The guys did such a great job that we’re planning to do our Master bathroom next with them. Highly, highly recommend Dave and Clarke Contracting.

I had a leak in my shower. David removed the old tile, discovered the problem (poor waterproofing during the original installation), corrected the problem and replaced the tile. The work was completed on budget and faster than originally scheduled. The quality of work was excellent and the problem has been solved. David was very helpful in explaining the alternative means of correcting the problem and the pros and cons of each alternative. We are very happy with the results.
