I cannot rave enough about this company. They have absolutely exceeded our expectations in every department. We were pushed by our insurance company to use Safelite and we just didn’t want to go that route because of some unpleasant experiences we’ve had with them in the past. We recently purchased a Lexus vehicle and were really wanting to do OEM glass to preserve the integrity of the vehicle, despite our insurance company telling us it didn’t really matter where the glass came from, that it was all the same. We also wanted to have a good costumer service experience instead of being treated like just a number at a national franchise. From the moment he took our initial call, Clayton was extremely friendly, helpful, informative, and willing to go the extra mile to get us what we needed. He educated us on our rights with our insurance company despite our insurance company trying to steer us in the direction they wanted and that financially suited them best. Clayton has gone above and beyond to obtain our OEM windshield despite it being back ordered and not available in town. He has kept us informed the whole way and has given us options to make sure we were happy and that everything happening was working with our timeline and schedules. I had my windshield replaced on my 17 Civic by cutting edge glass back in October while visiting family in Yuma & I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. I would recommend Clayton & his business to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement. I reached out to him and he was able to come to me within a day or two as compared to other local shops I called there booking was about 4 to 5 days out… one shop tried to charge extra for each strip or the molding for the edge of the windshield… with cutting edge it was included with the installation… on top of that cutting edge has much more better pricing… and just to point out again he comes to you so don’t have to deal with the hassle of waiting around and he was done within an hour or so… and even went the extra mile to vacuum my rugs which was much needed.. he did mention he has been with safelite for over 10 years but decided to venture out on his own business… wish him the best of luck but awesome dude and great service— thank you! 10 out 10 stars Less
