Jesse was very responsive to our call. He maintained great communication and did his best to arrive when he said he would. Very rare with trades today. He resolved our issue with minimal fuss and cleaned up after the job was finished, even wiping down the cupboard to ensure there were no marks or dirt left behind. Great job, thank you.

I had a really difficult hot water issue that turned out to be much more complicated than expected, and Jesse went above and beyond to help get it sorted. We had to go back to the drawing board a few times but I appreciated his patience and persistence to find a solution that was both practical and cost-effective. He was always easy to reach, kept me updated and was genuinely consultative throughout. What I really appreciated was how genuine he was about finding the right solution, not just something that would work but something he would be happy to have done in his own home. Jesse from Dorco has been really professional and offers best advice and price for this job, he's knowledgeable on the issue we had and provided the best recommendation on our broken -outdated Solar Pannel-tank-solar Rinnai and replaced with the best suited one to the Rinnai Infinity B26 (Gas). He worked fast and also did not hesitate to explain thoroughly on some questions I had on the processes on how the gas heater works etc. He also identified some root causes of our main shower head, and what he suggested worked (it was clogged head). Excellent service answered my call even though it was very late in the afternoon when my hot water heater broke. Gave me helpful advice on how to stop the water pouring out from the tank ordered the part and fixed the problem.
