I came across Izabelles Instagram page and I was hooked to her page, as she provides so much info that is giving and also the help I got from the starting solids guide gave me such peace of mind, as a first time mom and wanting to give my baby the best nourishing food and not the western culture food that is not questioned enough. My baby has been suffering from severe eczema since one month. She is almost 11 months now. Milk2Meat course is very informative and easy to follow. I myself have suffered from mild eczema, but it got worse with each baby especially baby #5. Been giving my baby meat stock and I could see the improvement right away. I recommend this course/protocol to families with gut issues, eczema and even healthy families. My 2nd baby had eczema too but I wish I knew about Milk2Meat since baby 1. I’m loving Milk2Meat’s pdfs and the new Cookbook search. I’m for natural healing and if you are too, don’t hesitate to take Milk2Meat’s course. I believe it’s worth it.

I purchased the milk 2 meat and after baby glow up programs and I was truly worried that I was purchasing another scam that was going to sit in my inbox and never make a difference.My older son had several nut allergies (that we overcame after fixing his gut!!) and severe eczema but I was determined to not let my second son have the same issues. These two photos of my younger son are 2 months apart. I started him on the milk2meat starting solids protocol at 5 months and I simply could not be happier with the results. He is tolerating solids like a champ, his eczema is cleared, he is not spitting up, he sleeps great and is generally happy.I feel more energized, I am building muscle and am down 10 lbs. My histamine issues are under control after going crazy postpartum.Thank you for these programs! I am so pleased with the results

Izzy is so easy to work with. Her programs are very easy to follow and she is always so willing to answer any questions you may have. I have purchased her glow, milk to meat and gut healing protocols and I am still a work in progress. But will recommend her programs to anyone.

I’m only two weeks into Izabelle’s program, and I’m already noticing a difference. I love that it is meat-based. My clothes are fitting better and tummy has slimmed down— and that alone is incredibly motivating!I feel more satisfied after meals, my cravings have gone down, and I don’t feel deprived. I appreciate how straightforward and sustainable it feels.It’s still early in my journey, but I’m genuinely impressed with the progress I’ve seen in just 14 days. Would definitely recommend this course,so informative and easy to understand,I love how she shows pictures of shapes and sizes she cuts food as I like to see rather than just read how to do something and the recipes are so easy and basic (in a good way) ,I definitely think this was a bargain for what you get and really happy I bought it as I can’t wait to start weaning now :) already tried the meat stock and she loves it
