Our experience with KGuard was extremely positive. The sales person was helpful in suggesting a color scheme for our house. Installation took less than a day and the gutters look great. They even tied the downspouts into our existing drainage system. Cleanup was so thorough you would not even know they were there. No rain since installation, so the system has not yet been put to the test, but we have confidence they will perform as advertised.

Great bunch of guys were here at 730 completely done and cleaned up by 1. The salesman travis was very nice was not pushy at all. Told me I could get back with him with my decision whenever it was convenient never called or text me to put pressure on me buying them and they look great and they were half the cost as other estimates, and I got more bang for my buck

Our experience with K-Guard Of West Michigan has been great! Last year they came and replaced a section of our old gutters that had come loose on the front of our house. They did an excellent job, and we found that the new gutters worked great. This year we called upon them again to replace all of the remaining gutters on our home. Travis, the sales person, is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He explained how their gutters worked and showed us samples of exactly what we would be getting. We called Travis once again this year and told him that we were highly satisfied with our gutters and would like K-Guard Of West Michigan to complete the rest of the house. The crew came and once again did an amazing job. They removed the old gutters and took them with them for disposal and cleaned up very well.If you are in need of high-quality gutters for your home, I would highly recommend K-Guard Of West Michigan without hesitation.

The K-Guard team did a great job! 295 feet on a big ranch and they got it all done in one day. They look great! I like the design of the K-Guard Gutter System better than the other products I had quoted. The K-Guard 5” gutter has more capacity than a standard 5” gutter, the best hanger design, and the best concept for keeping leaves out of the gutters.

good gutters, BAD customer serviceseveral times they stopped communicating with me and each time they gave me an excuse related to their personal lives.when I’d follow up I’d expect ‘sorry about that, we’ll get you scheduled’ but instead they would just tell me about their problems like they were trying to guilt trip meI’m glad I insisted on communicating over text & angies list so that I had proof of everything they said. I had to have them come out twice to actually do what was in my contract.overall made me very uncomfortable whenever I had to interact with them- and of course they harassed me over this review -

KGuard came out very timely after calling them and gave me a great price and options. Justin talked through the placement of the gutters, where he recommended installing them, and color options. He was super responsive in getting back to me and guys installed my gutters even with a storm pending! It rained hard in the evening after they were installed and the difference between my 5-year gutters that had seams was huge. I love how well they held up that first storm and the install and customer service was great! Will definitely recommend!
