If you’re in the area check this gym out! They allow you to test your grappling skills. The partners I rolled with were very strong with frames and had a good foundation. The temperament of my partners was controlled and with a purpose.As a very flexible 10th Planet athlete they were more concerned for my safety than I was in situations. I know my limitations though and they let the rolling proceed.I’ve been training 4 years.
