I'm just sorry I didn't start sooner, Trademate Crm has been a game changer for my business, it's simplified my entire workflow, email automation is a dream, we always missed out on bookings by not having the right follow up system, we also utilise the WhatsApp feature and the social media system. Once the guys set everything up for us it just ran like clockwork, made the whole process very simple. We had spent 1000s on previous CRMs that were difficult to use and didn't have as many features as Trademate CRM. Thanks again for the easy transition to using the software

Fantastic software & fantastic customer support (which was key for us). We have been using TradeMateCRM for roughly a year now and it has helped to streamline our business in a major way. As a result, the entire business is a lot more organised. Our sales team use it daily to manage leads, customers & projects. Our marketing department use it daily for social media & content management. Previously, we were paying several monthly subscriptions for several different essential softwares (such as: CRM software, email marketing software, social media management software, company phone software, team calendar software, lead nourishing & task automation software, website hosting software, SMS & WhatsApp marketing software, etc). Now we have it all "under the one roof" as such and everything is covered under 1 monthly payment which is 80% cheaper than what it was costing us previously for multiple software subscriptions (that were ultimately far inferior in quality). TradeMateCRM has been a complete game changer for us and we simply could not imagine running our business without it.
