Best PERSONAL Trainer EVER! He definitely knows his stuff. He’s super passionate about fitness and just getting people all around healthy. He is more than just a “trainer”. He provided me with meal plans that tracked my macros and put workouts together that were made for me and my goals. I love that he checks in with me to hold me accountable. I would recommend him if you’re serious about reaching your fitness goals.
