This was such a wonderful experience—one of the best medical experience I’ve had. I went in for a root canal and felt the staff ensured that it was a very swift process with minimal discomfort. The staff went above and beyond. Their customer service and diligence was great. If I ever needed to have another procedure done, no doubt would go there. The doctor was honestly one of the best that I’ve ever worked with — very patient, pleasant and kind, and attentive to any nerves that I had. Highly recommend this place!

They were able to get me in for an appointment next day & do same day treatment which is great for when you’re in pain. The staff was efficient and friendly. The assistant Jacky was amazing, made sure to consistently check on me all throughout my procedure and went above and beyond.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience with Dr. Saint-Cyr and his staff that I had to share this. The doctor and staff were extremely kind, compassionate and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the care I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing—especially if you’ve had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Saint-cyr and team are so good at what they do and the whole staff is so positive and kind. There was almost no pain and it was super fast. If you have to get a root canal or dental work done, this is the place to go.

I had hot/cold sensitivity in a tooth – Dr. Saint-Cyr took images and didn’t see anything concerning and so recommended a wait and see approach with some at-home interventions. Within a few months the sensitivity went away with the interventions – great patience and patient care – thank you Dr. Saint-Cyr and your team!

Horrible place. They don’t give a crap about you they just want your $…they canceled on me literally an hour before my appointment & rescheduled me for another week that ended up not working for me and then when i had to reschedule they said i have to wait almost 3 weeks as if im not in pain. If they didn’t cancel on me the extractions would have BEEN done…This place is a joke and the lady whom answered was rude and showed no sympathy!!!

I found an emergency appointment here, after being unsatisfied with a prior endodontist. I did not expect much, considering I have never had great experiences; and the place I had just came from was terrible. This place EXCEEDED any expectations I could’ve had! Dr. Sc Saint-Cyr and his amazing team saved me that day. My root canal was nothing but comfortable, fast, and done perfectly. I was so pleased with the work I returned today for another root canal and had no issues, complications, or uncertainty that it would be done correctly. The people here are too friendly, and will always have you leaving here with a smile.

We brought my intellectually disabled sister for an oral surgery consult and waited 3 hours. Her surgery was scheduled for 11am and we arrived on time . We were told "we're running a bit behind" which turned out to be 3 surgeries ahead of her. My sister has to be premedicated for anxiety and we waited so long the medication began to wear off. Also, they wheel the surgery patients out in front of you which is not helpful. I asked for a wifi password to have my sister watch a show but they don't even offer that. Were now 2 hours waiting, with my sister having nothing to eat or drink in the past 16 hours. Although the front desk is very friendly, the office manager should be fired.

Dr saint-cyr was amazing and compassionate… I explained I had had very awful experiences with other dentist office which led me to avoiding them like the plague but due to me needing a root canal I went there and they were quick compassionate and honestly just a overall amazing staff and couldn’t have been any better would definitely recommend

My spouse had an appointment here back in September. When he went in they completed an evaluation and X-rays. They then asked if he wanted to get his root canal done that same day, but due to him being alone he did not feel comfortable driving home after the procedure. So they proceeded to tell him just call in when you are ready to schedule. So fast track here I am attempting to schedule his root canal like they explained to him. Only to be told he missed his appointment. Impossible cause i had to guide him to the location while on FaceTime cause he is not from NJ. I even confirmed his location when i looked on find my friends on iPhone and he was at the location he needed to be. I also was on FaceTime the entire time he was there to help him navigate through the appointment. So somewhere along the lines someone most likely did not due their job in office. I informed that most likely some one in office dropped the ball and if we could schedule his root canal only for them to say he would have to do an entire evaluation appointment again when he already completed that part. He has an infection and is in need but unfortunately due to their incompetence we are now on the hunt once again for another endodontist. Also instead of being helpful the office was very rude and combative about the situation and did not attempt to at least help one bit. Have even called and confirmed with insurance and they informed they received i do that they were billed for that appointment. How can someone miss an appointment that you sent a bill for?

I had a scheduled appointment on January 15th at 9:00AM. We arrived 30 minutes early and received a call that the doctor was unable to perform my surgery due to an emergency. I was understanding and rescheduled for an appointment on January 17th at 6:00AM. However, when I arrived, there was no one there. It is beyond frustrating that they scheduled me for an appointment when they weren't even open yet. As a student and full-time worker, this experience wasted a significant amount of my valuable time. I would strongly advise against seeking dental services from this unprofessional establishment.Update - The office contacted me and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. We rescheduled and the surgery went well. Everyone was very helpful.

Seriously. 10/10 I’ve had a veryyyy traumatic journey with my teeth, I’ve been to numerous dentists and none of them has ever given me the amazing service that i received at The Dental Specialty Center. First of all, the decor and place looks beautiful and very clean. As i mentioned my journey has been traumatic, i cried my eyes out while there bc i have ptsd from what ive been going through with my teeth. The staff consoled me, ensured my feelings mattered and literally treated me like baby i didn't want to leave LOL. I appreciate all the love and support I was given, truly a Dentist office from God himself <3333

They are very good! One of the nurses is really rude and mean and would literally stop you when you are talking to her even though she asked you the question and wants you to answer it but besides that this is a great place to go for surgeries.
