I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind — beautiful inside and out. Check-in was smooth and they immediately made me feel comfortable.The young lady who prepared me before my wisdom teeth removal was amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she was witty, sweet, and had such a good spirit. She even let me choose a movie to watch which really helped calm my nerves.The male nurse was also incredibly patient and polite. I had about a hundred questions and he answered every single one without ever making me feel like a bother. Everyone there treated me with so much kindness and patience.And of course, Dr. Barunas was 10/10. The procedure was quick, professional, and everything was explained clearly from pricing to aftercare. The whole team truly makes you feel like family. Wishing nothing but the best for everyone there and whatever their futures hold. Thank you all again!

I was told by this place my children had to wait for the go ahead to transfer to establish a new relationship. The first hold was to make sure my children’s teeth were cleaned, no problem… done. I let them know their dental appointment was completed. But the next thing was Delmar had to wait and check the insurance company portal to see if the dentist had seen my children.That’s when I called and was told o had to get authorization!I waited because I KNEW the insurance does not operate that way.I calls the insurance company, 5/19, and I was told as long as my insurance is accepted, which it already was, in April, there is NO authorization needed

All I can say is "Awesome". I was really worried about a thing called "root canal" on a molar of mine. But, experiencing the focused, calm, and quietly supportive staff during the consultation made me fall in love with the place. The Doctor was like an angel whose surgical skills seemed guided by the Lord himself. Awesome!

I had an excellent experience at The Dental Specialty Center. I had a difficult root canal case and the entire staff was wonderful and so patient with me! Dr. Saint-Cyr is an excellent endodontist and truly cares about his patients as well; he took his time to explain what was going on and the treatment plan for my teeth. I’m already feeling better. Thank you to the entire office for their kindness with this very anxious dental patient!!

This was such a wonderful experience—one of the best medical experience I’ve had. I went in for a root canal and felt the staff ensured that it was a very swift process with minimal discomfort. The staff went above and beyond. Their customer service and diligence was great. If I ever needed to have another procedure done, no doubt would go there. The doctor was honestly one of the best that I’ve ever worked with — very patient, pleasant and kind, and attentive to any nerves that I had. Highly recommend this place!

They were able to get me in for an appointment next day & do same day treatment which is great for when you’re in pain. The staff was efficient and friendly. The assistant Jacky was amazing, made sure to consistently check on me all throughout my procedure and went above and beyond.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience with Dr. Saint-Cyr and his staff that I had to share this. The doctor and staff were extremely kind, compassionate and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the care I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing—especially if you’ve had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Saint-cyr and team are so good at what they do and the whole staff is so positive and kind. There was almost no pain and it was super fast. If you have to get a root canal or dental work done, this is the place to go.

I had hot/cold sensitivity in a tooth – Dr. Saint-Cyr took images and didn’t see anything concerning and so recommended a wait and see approach with some at-home interventions. Within a few months the sensitivity went away with the interventions – great patience and patient care – thank you Dr. Saint-Cyr and your team!

Horrible place. They don’t give a crap about you they just want your $…they canceled on me literally an hour before my appointment & rescheduled me for another week that ended up not working for me and then when i had to reschedule they said i have to wait almost 3 weeks as if im not in pain. If they didn’t cancel on me the extractions would have BEEN done…This place is a joke and the lady whom answered was rude and showed no sympathy!!!

I found an emergency appointment here, after being unsatisfied with a prior endodontist. I did not expect much, considering I have never had great experiences; and the place I had just came from was terrible. This place EXCEEDED any expectations I could’ve had!Dr. Sc Saint-Cyr and his amazing team saved me that day. My root canal was nothing but comfortable, fast, and done perfectly. I was so pleased with the work I returned today for another root canal and had no issues, complications, or uncertainty that it would be done correctly. The people here are too friendly, and will always have you leaving here with a smile.
