We had Owen and Liam build and install a staircase in a factory in Cranbourne West and couldn't have asked for anything more. Owen is to the point, knowledgeable and no fuss. He came and measured, informed us of a mistake we made, accounted for the problem and gave us a very competitive quote. Within a few days the staircase was ready and Owen and Liam installed it in a very proficient manner. Their staircases are precise, sturdy and attractive. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Southern Staircases again.

We got a few staircases installed by Owen and Liam. Straight away they were onto it and could always rely on them. We asked Owen and Liam if they could install stringers and then come back after plaster to install balustrades and handrails at a later date. Was very accommodating with the request and as soon as we said we were ready he was there within a couple days. Very reliable and will definitely be using them again at southern stairs.

Liam is an extraordinary carpenter and he turned our attic area from a dirty unsafe space into a beautiful 10 metre square storage facility with an easy climb pull down Gorilla attic ladder. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with a job no homeowner really wants to deal with. Now I can park my car in the garage instead of it being just another storage area.
