This agency was formerly known as Nurse Next Door. Ever since it has been called Harmony, they have been poorly run. My last caregivers who were assigned to me before I left were unprofessional. If backup is provided by office staff, it is based on their schedule not the clients. Communication between management to client vs management to caregiver also did not align. Less
