Her gentle insights and practical advice always empower me to build my own toolkit, and she always knows when to push me to think outside the box. She also provides a deeply supportive space for accountability: it helps me get things done, but I also feel completely safe admitting when I didn’t follow through, which is essential for continuing to experiment until I find what works for me.With her support, I’ve made real progress in many areas of my life—like kicking my phone addiction, which has been a huge accomplishment for me and something I’m genuinely proud of. Most importantly, she has taught me how to celebrate wins, no matter how big or small. On any given day, the smallest step can feel like the biggest hurdle, and she’s shown me the value of recognising and honouring those moments. I used to struggle to see how small steps connected to the bigger picture, which often let me feeling paralysed.
