Peterson Painting

I showed up loaded my van, and gathered my crew. We would leave the shop around 7:15am and head to the job site(s). It took us about three days to finish a house from start to finish. Day 1- Prep, prime and stain. Day 2- Sanding and finishing trim. Day 3- Mask trim and finish walls. I learned everything I know about painting in this company. The management has always been great and easy to talk to, they always took my concerns seriously, and would accommodate their employees however possible.I felt my crew had a good teamwork balance, there fore I never struggled with co-workers. The hardest part can be the long hours in the summer time, (shift was done, when the job was done).I have to say the most enjoyable thing for me was the satisfaction of leaving a beautiful home finished. If you have any sense of pride in your work, you will really enjoy looking back at the homes you've finished. Pros: Job security, good pay, Ot Cons: Extremely busy summers
