I called 1800Anytime Plumbing with a pretty unique plumbing issue for my salon. Several other plumbers came out, took one look, and left without offering a solution. Then Khanh showed up. He took the time to really understand the problem, asked questions, took pictures, and genuinely worked through the situation in a way no one else had before.When it came time to complete the job, he arrived fully prepared, worked efficiently, and made the entire process feel easy. He also took the time to walk me through the equipment he installed so I knew exactly how to use it.I’m incredibly impressed with Khanh’s professionalism, problem-solving skills, and dedication. I needed an outside faucet repair, quickly! It would not turn off all the way. Steven arrived and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also checked my water pressure while he was here and offered to check anything else I might need. I would highly recommend Steven and this company. Had a toliet that was not flushing sufficiently. Steven came out a pulled the toliet and scoped the line and found that I had some tree roots in the line. He mechanical cleaned the line and reinstalled the toliet. He did a very good job and explained everything to me. Toliet works fine now. I will just treat the roots with RootX for now and perhaps CIPP the line at some point down the road.
