Khanh was great. He changed out my tankless water heater for a new one as well as installed a new toilet. He and the other worker (I think his name was Antonio) did a fantastic job. They arrived at the early end of the appointment time. Thank called to ensure the size on the toilet would fit in the small bathroom before bringing it. I really appreciate how much effort and detail that was given to the work. Terrific results.

Needed a new water heater tank asap! Steven and another employee really helped me out. I live upstairs and everything had to go up and down my stairs. They didn't complain, just went about their job. Steven, was very helpful and informative every step of the way. He appeared to be a seasoned veteran at his job. He spoke with me about the job scope amd asked if I had any ideas on where the plumbing was located. Once I gave him my analysis on where the piping was located we cut inspection windows in the sheetrock. Steven and Khan only removed what was necessary of the sheetrock to jabe enough working space. Job well done!

He provided "before" photos to help us prioritize the repairs, took the time to explain our options/pricing and then "after" photos so we could see the completed work. Our fairly elderly AC wasn’t cranking out cold air for very long starting after the heat wave a few weeks ago. We called 1800anytyme since we had used them for a couple of electrical issues over a decade ago and those good experiences have stuck with us.Andre and Dustin showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor and years of neglect), fixed the issue and cleaned the coils, getting the system back on track and allowing us to get some extra life out of our old system!
