We had lasting squirrel issues around our home and had tried a lot of solutions on our own before Brian was referred to us. Very glad he was! We were consistently impressed by Brian’s professionalism and persistence in working through our stubborn pest problem. What a wonderful experience with Brian.He accommodated a last-minute request pertaining to a critter that sounded like it was trapped in a downspout. Other services charged high inspection fees or defaulted to a trapping recommendation, but Brian offered to check things out gratis before any making any commitments.He arrived exactly when he estimated he'd be here, took his time looking around the perimeter, not just evaluating the immediate area, so he could identify the cause in addition to the problem.When he was finished with his inspection, he asked for our permission to proceed with opening the downspout and advised us on what he thinks contributed to the issue in the first place. We consented, and out came a small bird that had been stuck.As someone with a soft spot for wildlife, I'm relieved that Brian was able to extract it safely and get to it in time (these are really hot days). He is an absolute professional with incredibly reasonable and transparent pricing.If I have any wildlife needs in the future, he is 100% my "go to" in this area.

We had a squirrel come in through a ceiling at 8 o’clock at night at an apartment I owned. Brian came out that night, caught the squirrel, and came back the next day to look for any entry points as well. Very reasonable priced and very nice guy. I’d highly recommend.

Brian is amazing, he took the time to answer my call at a really inconvenient time, was patient with me, and just tried his best to help although he was out of town. He really didn’t need to do this and although we ended up removing the animal without his assistance the fact that he was so willing to help in any way he could should tell you everything you need to know about his service.
