Hello,I’m writing because I find it very disappointing that your office continues promoting the $2,000 discount, while in my case I was not given a fair opportunity to schedule an appointment for my son’s pre-check orthodontic evaluation or discuss payment options.What matters to me is not the advertised discount, but the level of care, professionalism, and how families are treated. The main issue was the poor handling of this process by Carol, who failed to properly assist with scheduling my son’s appointment and did not give me a fair opportunity to discuss payment arrangements if insurance was a concern. I was fully prepared to pay for quality care, so cost was never the issue.My son is now receiving treatment elsewhere. I want management to understand that this was not a financial issue — it was a service issue. The lack of professionalism and poor handling of the scheduling process by Carol cost your office a patient, and the braces promotion does not reflect the actual experience I had with your office.Thank you.

Even though he is top-rated on Google and a premier provider for Invisalign, I chose to go with traditional braces and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Andros is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which was a huge priority for me when looking for a provider.The entire onboarding process was seamless thanks to Chelsea Andros, who handles all the consultations, imaging, and financing options. They are incredibly accommodating with payments. I chose to pay for my treatment upfront to take advantage of a significant discount. When my son started his treatment here, I received an even bigger discount for paying upfront, plus a referral discount and insurance coverage! They offered the convenient option to bill a portion directly to my son's father so we could split the cost.I initially went in strictly for cosmetic reasons, but the treatment ended up completely correcting my bite. I didn't even realize how uncomfortable my original bite was until I experienced this new level of correction and comfort—it was a major health benefit I didn't know I needed! It’s also worth noting that he offers adult palate expansion for airway, sleeping, and breathing improvements, so definitely consult them if you are looking into that.The Office & ConvenienceLocation:Perfect if you are looking for an orthodontist in Pasco. The office is right near the highway with an ample, spacious parking lot.Environment Very clean, spacious, and practically designed.Communication: Their text-based platform is incredibly user-friendly for booking, canceling, or postponing appointments.Because Dr. Andros is an orthodontist, he is the expert to see if you are prioritizing real jaw alignment and teeth straightening. I’m so confident in his work that my son is now starting his own treatment here. Tip for working parents:Don't forget to check your insurance, as many plans cover a portion of orthodontic care for children! Don’t forget to use your HSA account!
